Our Passion for Pools
Our founder, Bill Matheson grew up swimming in a branch with the cattle and the critters on his childhood farm. When he built a house of his own and had kids he wanted them to have the same good memories that he did as a kid, so the process of installing a pool began. As he was working in the nuclear power generation field he hired a local swimming pool builder to build his pool. With many obstacles, poor communication, non-agreed upon delays, and spending a lot of his days off fixing several design flaws himself, he realized he could do as good a job installing a pool, if not better, than the man that put his pool in. This prompted him to install his first pool for a coworker 37 years ago. Since then he has installed many pools over the years and learned many lessons. The most important being- “do it right the first time”. Because, as in any construction projects, a well built pool saves money in the long run by postponing the need for costly repairs. We bring these life experiences to our everyday life and craftsmanship.
